1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the hy bet website and platform in any capacity — including creating an account, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, claiming a bonus, or contacting customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the hy bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To register and maintain an account with hy bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period during which your account is active:

2.2 Account Creation

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active hy bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. hy bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You must not provide false, misleading, or fabricated information during the registration process or at any other time during the account lifecycle.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hy bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method at any stage of your account relationship with hy bet — including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, after a significant change in account activity, or when requested by the hy bet compliance team. 3.3 Deposit Processing

3.4 Withdrawal Requests

3.6 Currency

All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). hy bet does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players bear any currency conversion costs that may be applied by their payment provider if transactions are initiated in a currency other than BDT.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

hy bet may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your hy bet account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or at 0%, as specified in the individual offer terms. hy bet reserves the right to recalculate wagering progress if a bet is placed on a non-contributing game type.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

The use of bonus funds in a manner designed to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies across markets, matched betting using bonus balances, the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. hy bet employs automated and manual monitoring of account activity. Where bonus abuse is identified, hy bet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period stated in the individual offer terms. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements that have not been satisfied within the specified period will be automatically forfeited. hy bet will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

4.5 hy bet's Right to Withdraw Promotions

hy bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is withdrawn after players have already opted in and met the qualifying deposit requirement, hy bet will honour the bonus in its form at the time of the qualifying deposit, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

5.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on hy bet — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events — are subject to the hy bet sportsbook rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be amended or cancelled except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the applicable sport rules (such as event cancellation or abandonment).

In the event that a cricket match, football fixture, or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with hy bet's event-specific settlement rules, which are published on the platform. In most cases, abandoned events will result in bets being voided and stakes returned to the account balance.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, and other sports are offered subject to availability. hy bet reserves the right to suspend or close live betting markets at any time without notice, including during periods of internet connectivity issues, data feed interruptions, or at the discretion of the trading team. Bets already accepted at the point of market suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on hy bet — including those provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, on live physical dealing mechanisms monitored by independent oversight. hy bet does not influence, alter, or manipulate game outcomes. 5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the hy bet platform. 5.5 Voided Bets and Obvious Errors

In such cases, the stake will be returned to the account balance and the player will be notified. hy bet's decision regarding whether odds were published in error is final and binding.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hy bet platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or if you are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute transactions with your payment provider after placing bets or claiming bonuses.

hy bet actively monitors account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct using both automated systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, hy bet will take appropriate action, which may include — without limitation — voiding bets, cancelling bonuses, withholding withdrawals pending investigation, and referring the matter to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by hy bet

hy bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Identification of a duplicate or linked account held by the same individual.
• Account inactivity — if an account has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, hy bet may close the account following reasonable prior notification to the registered mobile number.
• Where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, hy bet reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, void any pending bets, and cancel any active bonuses. In the event of account closure for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure or inactivity — any verified balance remaining in the account following the deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your hy bet account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. 7.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. hy bet may charge a dormant account administration fee of up to ৳100 per month from the dormant account balance, following at least 30 days' notice to the registered mobile number. hy bet will not reduce a dormant account balance below zero. Reactivating your account by logging in will stop any dormant account fee from accruing.
